programs dont run after upgrade to 5.0.6

HI there,

I have a program that was compiled (cc) on openserver 5.0.5 and works
just great, however we have a box now with a clean install of 5.0.6
and it wont run!

dynamic linker: netscale: relocation error: symbol not found:
sys_errlist


whats changed??
i searched google, and there was one reference on dbforums, without an
answer!

all help is appreciated :)

What does 'ldd' reveal about the binary?
